Soares The Label began in Bali, shaped by two very practical needs.

A Foundation in Fashion

During my student years, I worked in fashion and developed a strong understanding of materials, fit, and construction. Years later, living in Bali, I noticed how difficult it was to find well-made, comfortable underwear, especially in sizes that actually fit. I began designing a small collection using fabrics I trusted, initially for myself and friends, focusing on simplicity, comfort, and quality.

Solving the Tall Woman Fit Challenge

At the same time, another long-standing issue resurfaced: fit for taller women. At 178 cm, I had spent most of my life wearing pants that were too short and sleeves that never quite worked. In Asia, this became even more apparent. So I started creating pieces for my own proportions, including long pants, floor-length dresses, and tops designed for a longer frame.

From a Small Collection to a Curated Wardrobe

Soares The Label grew from these experiences into a quiet wardrobe project. The underwear collection remains a foundation of the brand. Alongside it, I design small, curated capsules of pants, dresses, and tops, produced in limited batches.

The aim is simple: refined essentials that are easy to combine, comfortable on the skin, and designed to truly fit.
